BURGERS ELEVATED

HOUSE-MADE SAUCES.
BURGERS THAT REWARD IMPATIENCE
Who we are
ZOMburgers Food Truck doesn’t chase nostalgia or play it safe. It sharpens the burger down to its essentials, then pushes flavor with confidence and control. This is food truck cooking with teeth.
Every burger starts with a deeply seared patty, aggressively caramelized on the outside, unapologetically juicy within. The beef is seasoned to stand on its own, not hide behind toppings. Buns are sourced for tension and structure, built to hold up under heat, sauce, and pressure. Nothing here is accidental. Every element earns its place.
The menu balances precision with swagger. Classics are stripped down and refined. Signature builds lean into smoke, richness, and restrained heat, layering flavors that linger instead of shouting. House-made sauces cut through fat with acidity and depth. Cheeses melt with intent. Texture matters. Balance matters. Excess is edited out.
ZOMburgers thrives where most food trucks compromise. High volume doesn’t dilute standards. Burgers hit the griddle hard, leave at the right moment, and land in your hands exactly as designed. The experience feels fast, visceral, and indulgent, yet unmistakably deliberate.
This isn’t novelty. It’s not themed. It’s not trying to be cute. ZOMburgers is about craving — the kind that makes you plan your day around a location drop, the kind that rewards impatience. Bold, focused, and built for people who take their burgers seriously.
